a memorable childhood experience.

Posted by sam.ae at 1:42 AM

I have colorful childhood memories, but what stood up among the others was the time when I inserted Captain Sid (watermelon seeds) inside my nose.

I know, I don't know how I got it inside my nose too. LOL.

I don't remember the whole thing, because I was just a little girl back then, but what I remember is being taken to the clinic near our place and the doctor inserting some sort of thin tweezers in my nose.

I was watching tv while eating watermelon seeds. A few minutes after my mom left me, she saw a tiny lump on my nose. When my mom took a peek inside, there it is, a watermelon seed. :)

Apparently, I had a cold that time, and my nose was itchy, so I used a watermelon seed-which I was eating-to scratch my nose. I don't know how, but i somehow managed to put it inside my teeny tiny nose.

My parents brought me to the clinic, and voila!, I'm good as new. :)

Given the chance, I wouldn't let anyone else experience this because although funny, it's clearly an act of stupidity. :) LOL.

HAHAHA. Nice Sam. That was very unexpected of you to do that. It's a relief that the doctor managed to get the watermelon seed out of your nose. HAHAHA:))
